Your mental health affects all aspects of functioning in your work, family, social and romantic life. It can be difficult to manage your different roles when dealing with barriers such as difficulty managing anxiety, the stress of being a working professional, racial fatigue with being the only person of color in the workplace or the pressures of maintaining healthy relationships. You need a safe space, free of judgment to work through it all. Sydney is here to offer that space and empower you to pull on the strengths you already have to adjust to life’s inevitable challenges. Community is important to building that resiliency and support groups are a great way to feel... well, supported! Join a group today because you’re not alone and you don't have to keep feeling like you are.
