About This Group

Being a highly sensitive person has its own unique set of challenges and beautiful moments. When we factor in the added stresses of life, it changes the way in which we identify and relate to our sensitivities and sometimes we may not give ourselves permission to show up authentically. Join the discussion in identifying what may be hindering you from acceptance of your sensitive trait and tips on navigating topics such as healthy relationships, mental health and financial self-care as a highly sensitive person.
