Group Size: up to 10 |
This will be a closed group limited to 10 people who are interested in improving their social skills. The focus will be on learning and practice in a safe, supportive environment with others. You will be able to discuss how to communicate well with neurotypical and other neurodiverse individuals. In my role as a clinical psychologist, I have worked both personally and through groups with individuals who struggle with feeling comfortable and safe in communicating with others. We will focus on strengths and weaknesses in communication and interpersonal relationships, with the goal being improved confidence and comfort in all types of social situations.
