In the hustle and bustle of daily life we often forget to think about how we interact with others. We let small comments slide and we avoid expressing how we truly feel. While these micro-decisions feel small and insignificant, they can add up and create anxiety, stress, and resentment with others.
This group is designed to bring people together for authentic and honest conversation on challenges we all face. Social anxiety, conflict in romantic or intimate relationships, and difficulty forming close friendships can all be examined through the relationships formed in the group. Whatever you do in the outside world will sooner or later come out in your reactions to and feelings about the other members. You can use this new awareness to modify your behavior, make different, more conscious choices, and have happier and more satisfying friendships and romantic relationships.
