Rise is an approach to Group Therapy that does not focus on a pre-determined topic. Instead, we show you how to address challenges in the areas of life that matter to you most. These areas may include: self-care, communication, relationships, self-esteem, identity, physical health, career, adjusting to the current changes in our world or anything else on your mind. In Rise, you start to identify and shift unproductive or inflexible thoughts and familiar or reactive behavior. We use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as a primary approach. We also use the lense of Positive psychology, which focuses on those strengths that allow us to thrive. Group therapy is a safe and inclusive environment where you can engage as much or little as feels comfortable for you. Just listening can give you what you need. We got you. Come as you are and rise.
