About This Group

Anxiety mentally exhausts us and has short and long term impacts on our body. In this Masterclass, we will focus on the practice of Mindfulness. We will discuss some of its principles briefly, to make it possible for you to use them in exercises both cognitive and physical. Develop your ability to shift attention, instead of letting emotions determine your focus. Increase your capacity to live in the present, and not your past or future. Complete registration includes both sessions.
