About This Group

The past year has not been easy for anyone and we are all at risk in a variety of ways. The challenges are diverse and real.

Our healthcare professionals on the frontline face a series of uniques chllenges. Exposure to death and dying, ongoing lack of protective gear, the risk of contracting COVID-19 and the need constantly be “on” during these past few months has left many both stressed and exhausted.

We created this group to offer your community a safe, inclusive, judgement-free therapeutic setting to candidly share the challenges you have and are currently facing.

Here you can identify with others, feel validated, experience authentic empathy, and learn to cope with stressors continuing to arise.

We invite you to a safe, private, inclusive, judgement-free therapeutic group setting.

Our mental health professionals are here to listen and serve you.

Brought to you by MindFit, a signature program of Mindful Urgent Care, the first affordable and insurance-based psychiatric medication management services, with same-day appointments in the NYC area.
