If your parents failed to provide healthy emotional boundaries, they unwittingly caused lasting damage to your ability to trust others. Long after childhood, you continue to struggle with feeling incomplete and unappreciated. Intimacy triggers feelings of claustrophobia and paranoia.
This group will help you learn to set healthy emotional boundaries so intimacy is no longer threatening. As a result, you'll feel freer and more hopeful about your relationships. Instead of feeling fearful, you'll feel liberated.
This time-limited group will meet for 8 sessions. Day and time TBA.
