Food is a constant presence in our lives, which makes our relationship with nourishing ourselves really worth improving! There are so many messages from culture and society pulling us away from the natural wisdom and awareness of our bodies needs. Humans heal relationally, and group therapy is especially helpful to grow in mutual support with others. This group is here to process the influences to disordered eating habits, and to learn helpful mindsets, tools, and resources to heal. I'm looking forward to working together with you to improve your relationship with nourishment.
I applaud you for seeking psychotherapy; I know it isn’t always a simple decision to make. This group session is run online in order to be accessible to all. After joining, you will receive an email with a link for the group's video conference.
You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate.
