Because we can often feel alone trying to navigate this process, this support group will provide you with a space to discuss your struggles with dating and to learn how to better manage the experiences, expectations, and emotions you encounter. Together we will together create a strategy and set up goals and learn about healthy behaviors in relationships, how to articulate your needs, how to explore your values, and how to detect red flags. We will also investigate unhealthy patterns and learn how to break the cycle
