About This Group

Come as you are! This is where the poor, tired and huddled messes come together to process their "matrescence"--the dramatic transition to motherhood that is well known for it's the physical, hormonal, and emotional changes associated with becoming a mother, particularly as they experience this transition during such an uncertain time.

We will discuss practical tools to manage the highs and lows of new parenthood, as well as skills to support healthy adjustment to identity and relationship challenges. This is self-care that actually sticks--not like that manicure that chips in 36 hours!
