College is challenging! First time living on your own, first time managing your budget, first time structuring your schedule and studies without parents. Too often, college students become overwhelmed, vulnerable to anxiety, isolation or depression. College groups provide the support students need to thrive through this transition, empowering them to take charge of their lives and embrace adulthood while making the most of their odyssey years!
