Rachel is a licensed mental health counselor working in New York City and the metropolitan area. Her work has been focused primarily on working with adults individually as well as recovery groups. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship(s), and has immensely enjoyed facilitating groups, witnessing the power of the collective and collaborative. Much of her work focuses on self-esteem, anxiety, and complex developmental trauma. She has specialized experience helping those who struggle with substance abuse issues as well as the affected loved ones. She aims to assist others in taking a holistic interest in their lives, developing tools and skills and learning how to esteem ourselves so we may better maneuver life’s challenges in both our professional and personal lives.
